Spiritual Essence - these are six intensive modules in the group, on four weekends, with many Zoom meetings every two weeks, over a period of about six months. Over 100 hours, we will explore your being, develop your personality, go into silence through meditation, look into your innermost being and raise your consciousness together. Nature will help us to get to know ourselves even better and mirror ourselves. We will strengthen ourselves mentally and integrate higher consciousness and spirituality into our lives.
I recommend that you take the time to attend the seminar at the weekend. This way we can give space to the new consciousness in a focused and relaxed way. The soul needs the mental spirit to free itself through self-knowledge and many experiences.

Schedule for the on-site seminars
We meet every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 a.m., set up the room together for the day and arrive in peace and quiet. Topics start at 11:00 am. Lunch break approx. 13:00 to 14:00. The end of the theme time is approx. 17:00. Please feel free to stay longer in the evening and relax.
Every two weeks we work on new topics and I answer your questions on the topics of the training. A guided meditation in the group also ensures transformation. We set the dates together.
Your family can also use some of this time for themselves. I would be delighted if they could join you online for the meditations. Your animals are also very welcome so that those around you can also benefit from your experiences and be strengthened.
